Rates and Booking Details:
Weekly Rates. Il Sogno normally rents by the week-Saturday afternoon thru the following Saturday morning (although special long week-end rates may be available--See below). Il Sogno's rates vary according to the season. During the high season (May thru September, and the three weeks around Christmas and the New Year) il Sogno rents for € 975 per week. During the low season (the balance of the year) il Sogno rents for € 675 per week. Multi-week stays enjoy a 10% discount. In addition to the weekly rental, each rental is assessed a one-time cleaning/administrative fee of € 60.

Long Week-End Rates. During the low season, and with no more than 4-week advance booking in the high season, il Sogno may be available, upon special request, for long-weekend rates. With a minimum three-night stay, rates are € 100 per night (Low Season)/ € 125 per night (high season), plus the € 60 cleaning/administrative fee.

Details, Terms and Conditions:

Part of the beauty and medieval charm of il Sogno is the fact that it is situated in an ancient hilltop village like Casperia. As it can be reached only on foot, via winding stone streets and steps, il Sogno may not be suitable for persons who have difficulty with steps, slopes and uneven surfaces. For a separate fee, and with sufficient advance notice, we can make arrangements for assistance in transporting luggage between the parcheggio and il Sogno.

Il Sogno is a Non-Smoking facility.

Children under 10 and pets normally are not allowed in il Sogno.
